Most all of Meem's Fudge is Gluten Free for the exception of Cookies and Cream though, there is a gluten free version, the Strawberry Ice Cream Cone and Key Lime Pie, it should be noted that all of Meem's Fudge is made in a commissary kitchen that processes wheat, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts and coconut.

All Meem's Fudge contains dairy by way of evaporated milk and butter. All of the baking morsels contain some type of soy and the marshmallow fluff is made with egg whites.
